Of paramount importance at this time is is the health and safety of our clients, colleagues and families.
We act in line with government guidance and are delighted to say that during the period of office closure we have put in place measures to meet our obligations so that we can meet visitors at their request.
Our Consulting Room at Somerleigh Gate is now open by appointment.
So that we can continue to ensure that we meet our obligations to you and our colleagues we are asking for your assistance to work with us.
Please Make An Appointment
Face to Face meetings are by appointment only so please ensure that you have made an appointment to meet us and that we have confirmed arrangements to meet you before you visit our offices.
You can make an appointment by telephone, email or by using the contact form on this website.
Please Wear a Face Mask
Please Use our Hand Sanitising Facilities
These facilities are available for your use upon your arrival and departure.
Please Respect the Social Distancing Measures

We are a small friendly practice that has, throughout lockdown, continued to provide an exceptional standard of customer service. We wish to maintain this standard by offering face to face meetings where required. Clearly, should our staff succumb to Covid-19 it will have a catastrophic effect upon all including the service that we provide to our clients.
We therefore reserve the right to withdraw this "face to face" Consulting Room service without notice should we believe that there is a heightened risk of infection via Covid-19 to our clients, visitors, colleagues or families.
Of paramount importance to us is the health and safety of all.
Remote "Face to face" meetings
We continue to offer "face to face" meetings remotely using a variety of platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype and Facetime.
During lock-down there has been an unprecedented rise in the use of these platforms to connect and keep in touch with families, friends and work colleagues and so you may well have a preference for a particular platform. If so, then please let us know. If there is a method of communication which we have not mentioned that you wish us to use then let us know and we should be able to accommodate your request.
We can also accommodate meetings with multiple parties too, as a group "remote" meeting.
We will be pleased if you can continue to use these email addresses to contact us with any queries you may have:
CONTINUED WEEKEND HOURS OF OPENING :
Saturday and Sunday 09.00 to 13.00
We recognised at the commencement of lockdown in March that we needed to extend our hours of opening to cater for our clients' needs and to support our community. We will continue to offer this facility as we emerge from lock down. This will provide an opportunity for those who require it, to have access to legal advice at the weekends so that they can make informed decisions.
Business owners : Perhaps you are taking the weekend to decide whether to furlough staff, lay them off, close the business and make redundancies. If you are then we can help if you need it.
Employees : If you have been, or are about to be, furloughed, laid off, or made redundant and are confused about your rights then please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Perhaps you are considering how your business will continue to function should you fall sick.
Perhaps you are reviewing existing wills and other important documentation and are confused about the current legal position with regards to these. If you are then please email email@example.com if you need advice.
Our landline 01305 819696 remains operational even at the weekends.
Please also contact us on 07825 611 436.
We are here should you need us. Kindest regards from Lisa and Elizabeth,
